These terms govern your use of DemandGenX as a buyer, vendor, or platform administrator.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using DemandGenX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Vendor accounts are subject to admin approval before going live on the marketplace.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including scraping content, submitting false vendor information, or using buyer contact data collected through demos and events for purposes outside the intended evaluation and follow-up process.
4. Vendor content
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, demos, and event content. DemandGenX may remove listings that violate these terms or misrepresent a product.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DemandGenX after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
