1. Information we collect
When you create an account, book a demo, or register for an event, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, company, and role. We also collect usage data (pages visited, demos viewed, filters applied) to improve the platform.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the DemandGenX marketplace: matching buyers with relevant vendors, scoring and routing leads, sending transactional emails (verification, booking confirmations), and — where you've opted in — product updates and newsletters.
3. Sharing with vendors
When you watch a demo, book a meeting, or register for a vendor's event, relevant contact and engagement details are shared with that vendor so they can follow up. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain account and lead data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
5. Your choices
You can update your profile, unsubscribe from newsletters, or request account deletion from your account settings or by contacting us directly.
